Tn Rental Lease Agreements

The state has not established a law to settle the termination of a lease in a fixed-date lease agreement. However, the mention may not be required, as the lease expires. Leases in Tennessee are written for the reciprocal agreement between a property owner/manager, the “lessor,” and a natural or local institution that wishes to lease the space, the “tenant,” for a specified period of time. All legal documents must be prepared in accordance with Title 66, Chapter 28 (Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act).
